Asda has launched cheap Family Meal Deal that's priced at £5.

The offer includes a main, side dish and dessert; priced individually, the items would add up to £6.

The Family Meal Deal is half the price of Asda’s Extra Special Meal Deal (£10) or meal deals by Tesco (£10) and Marks & Spencer (variable).

Furthermore, the Family Meal Deal can feed four people, as opposed to two.

It does, however, have a more limited selection of items, all of which are frozen, and doesn’t include alcohol. There aren’t any vegetarian main dishes either.

If you're looking for even more inspiration and variety, head over to our sister site loveFOOD for loads of amazing-yet-simple recipes.

Here's a detailed look at the cheap meal offer, but first, remember that you can pocket cashback on every single Asda shop with this credit card.
