We all have different views on the best way to manage our money.

We all think we're making the right choices, but are you treading a well-beaten path or thinking outside the (safety deposit) box when it comes to money matters?

We've gathered a series of polls that have run on the site over the last year and thought it would be interesting to see how we compare on various areas of finance.

Are you in the majority when it comes to shopping habits? Or are you the sole believer in ethical investing? Vote in each poll to find out where you stand against your fellow readers.

At the end, let us know if you go it alone more often than not, or if you are very much a believer in safety in numbers.

Before we begin please note these are polls that are usually run in 'neutral' articles. That is to say, if we put a poll asking people if they were interested in buy-to-let within an article on that topic, chances are the numbers would be heavily swayed and is thus excluded from this set.

Hopefully, this gives a broad representation of our money values.

Let's see how you compare.

1. Rubbish savings rates are a constant source of pain for most of us. So how well, or poorly, are you doing against fellow savers?

2. Cutting back on plastic is very much in flavour right now. So would you put your money where your mouth is?

3. We always bang on about the benefits of airmiles credit cards – which, if any, do you use?

4. This one's a bit difficult as we're all at different stages in our lives. Nonetheless, let's see how our pension savings compare.

5. Let's get more to the point and find out how your pension planning is going, no matter what age you are?

6. Investing ethically is a growing focus for many part-time investors. But as loveMONEY's Sam Richardson wrote about here, it's not always as easy as we'd like to actually get involved. So how many of you manage to invest ethically?

7. Another topical area: the sugar tax. Yes or no?

8. What about your credit score? Do you think it's higher or lower than your fellow readers?

9. Time to sort the organisers from the procrastinators: are you on top of all your life admin?

10. Confession time: what's the worst financial mistake you've made on this list?

11. And finally, let's see how your finances have changed compared to fellow readers.

So how did you compare? Are you in a similar boat to other readers, or are blazing your own trail? Do your values match?  Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

By the way, this isn't something we've tried before, so let us know if you think it's useful/enjoyable or not in the comments section below.
