Top deals 2025: cashback & discounts at Nutmeg, Cuckoo, BrewDog, First Direct & more

Free cash, money off at supermarkets, and takeaway discounts to help your budget stretch further.

Any opportunity to cut costs or boost your bank balance needs to be grabbed with both hands these days.

To that end, we've rounded up great discounts, cashback offers and switching incentives that you can bag right now.

Some are only worth a few quid, but others could leave you £100s or even £1,000s better off.

1% cashback at Nutmeg - up to £5k

If you transfer more than £10,000 to Nutmeg from your current provider, you’ll bag 1% cashback on the first £500,000.

You can transfer Child Trust Funds, pensions, ISAs, and Junior ISAs.

To qualify, you’ll need to start your transfer before 30 May, 2025.

£206 cashback for broadband (or £200 Amazon voucher)

If you join TopCashback, you can receive a massive bung worth up to £205 for buying a new broadband package via its broadband comparison service.

To qualify, you’ll need to enter your postcode to find available deals in your areas to receive a quote.

You can then select your chosen package.

Available providers include BT, Vodafone, TalkTalk and PlusNet.

You should receive your cashback within seven days.

Elsewhere, Octopus Energy customers can get an Amazon gift card worth up to £200 by signing up for broadband through new supplier Cuckoo.

The deal is only available through the ‘Octoplus’ rewards scheme.

Octopus said that customers signing up for full fibre speeds of 150Mbps will receive a £100 gift card when they sign up for a 24-month contract, while those who sign up for the superfast 900Mbps contract will get the full £200 voucher.

Disney+ subscription: up to 50% off for three months

Disney+ is offering a three-month discount for Tesco Clubcard customers over three months.

If you’re a member of the loyalty scheme and earn enough points, you can get a discount on the ‘Standard with ads’ and the ‘Standard’ plans.

With the ‘Standard with ads’ plan, you’ll need to swap in £7.50 for vouchers on a subscription, which normally costs £14.97 for a three-month package.

When it comes to the Standard plan (no ads), you’ll need to use £13.50 in points for a £26.97 subscription.

This offer expires in May 2026.

£175 from First Direct or Nationwide for switching

Banks are desperately trying to lure customers away from each other – and this means you can bag yourself £175 just for switching current accounts!

First Direct is offering £175 for those moving to its 1st Account and this also gives you access to a linked regular saver that pays 7% interest.

You can also get £175, as well as 5% interest through a Nationwide FlexDirect account.

25% off your first Ocado order + three months free deliveries

Ocado, the online supermarket, is offering new shoppers 25% off their first order, as well as three months of unlimited free deliveries.

To qualify, you need to spend a minimum of £60, while the list of exclusions includes tobacco products, alcohol and pet food. The maximum reward is £20.

BrewDog – two-for-one burgers and pizzas for £1

When you eat at a participating BrewDog pub, you’ll qualify for a deal allowing you to buy one and get a second for 31.

All you need to do is book a table online and a voucher code isn’t needed.

Note, you can’t use this deal for takeaways.

The offer ends Sunday 16 February.

McDonald’s Monday offers

Here is an offer that’s available for everyone – and can give you a boost on the first day of the working week.

The fast food chain is offering 1,000 bonus points on your first order when you sign up for its app – plus access to special offers every Monday.
