At its peak, Baywatch was the most-watched TV show in the world, attracting an astonishing 1.1 billion viewers across the globe.

The lifeguard drama originally aired for 11 seasons from 1989 to 1999 and was later revamped as Baywatch: Hawaii, which ran from 1999 to 2001. The franchise also inspired the spin-off Baywatch Nights, several made-for-TV movies, and a 2017 big-screen reboot starring Hollywood heavyweights Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron.

The show made many of its cast members, including David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, household names. But where are the stars of Baywatch today, and who’s the richest in 2025? Read on to find out.
