At the large international company I used to work for, we noted with growing horror that senior management's competence FELL in direct proportion to the INCREASE in their salaries. For us the moral was quite simply, don't work for a company where the management are highly rewarded.........

Not surprising they are all banking and tech firms with a couple of consultancy firms thrown in .... also a few of them is not surprising they're paying high salaries when they don't pay their full FAIR share of tax! The rest of us working for companies that do pay their taxes due, are subsidising these higher salaries.
