Can 'Global Green Services' be legitimate?

I invested with them more than 5 years ago and should have had a number of payments from them. I thought they were ethical, and seemed to pass all the checks, even from the national embassy. Short answer is; i don't believe they intend to pay anyone, other than perhaps their own staff. Problem is; how do we make the fact known and take them to task? They are not regulated and no official body is interested.
