Green green green cocktail recipe

Nick Strangeway, award winning cocktail mixologist, combines Green Chartreuse, Green Tea and home made Pine infused Gin with ‘spanked’ mint in this light, refreshing long drink with underlying herbal notes.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml pine-infused gin
  • 50 ml chilled green tea
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 g sugar
  • 5 ml green Chartreuse
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1.8 fl oz pine-infused gin
  • 1.8 fl oz chilled green tea
  • 0.9 fl oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.4 oz sugar
  • 0.2 fl oz green Chartreuse
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 0.2 cup pine-infused gin
  • 0.2 cup chilled green tea
  • 0.1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.4 oz sugar
  • 0 cup green Chartreuse
  • 1 sprig of mint

Step-by-step

  1. Build the first 4 ingredients in a highball filled with rock ice. Then stir to chill, add more ice and top up with the Green Chartreuse. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
