Nick Strangeway uses home made wild cherry infused whisky and chocolate bitters to put a new spin on a cocktail classic.  The result is a warming, rich, deeply satisfying, chocolately cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml cherry-infused whiskey
  • 25 ml Carpano Antica Vermouth
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • 1.8 fl oz cherry-infused whiskey
  • 0.9 fl oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • 0.2 cup cherry-infused whiskey
  • 0.1 cup Carpano Antica Vermouth
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
