I paid into am employee sharesave scheme in my last job and don't recall getting my money back, is there anyway to find a lost scheme? How can I go about this?

I paid between £50-£100 for several years at my old company into a SAYE sharesave scheme. I totally forgot about it and left the business about 4 years ago, when looking through my old payslips I found the payments going out and wonder whether I am entitled to any payout from this? How can I go about finding a lost SAYE sharesave scheme?
