I have booked to attend a 3 day Property Investing course with Rich Dad in London next month. I am 60 years old and self employed, do not make much profit and do not own a home although I have some savings. Is it likely that I will benefit from attending this course? Is it just a preliminary course to sign me up for more courses? Would appreciate any advice especially from course attendees.
