We have an unsettled claim on our landlords buildings insurance and need to renew policy however no one will insure us until settlement and our current insurers want a ridiculous amount to renew do we have any choice
The renewal is £595.00 as they do not know what the final insurance pay out cost will be. This was a fire caused by Tennants coffee machine
