Anyone else had their business phone number retained by TITAN

after being hounded by Titan daily for months I finally gave in. They did not stand upto thier claims. When I received a cancellation fee from my previos supplier they would not pay as promised. I did not accept this so they said ok go back to you previous supplier. Then Titan cancelled my line but retained my number that I had had for over 3 years. When I asked why and what they would gain the answer was that they would not gain anything but it was their right to do so. I explained I had the business number for over 3 years was on my shop sinage, marketing advertising and so much more but was told I could by my number back for between £30-£100 which they would decide if I requested this and it would take upto 14 day for them to give it back. I have been left with no line and still fighting this. Their mannor is smug and resentful for pure malice and spite. They gain nothing I could lose everything, they do not care. STAY AWAY there are call connection fees they will not sort you cancellaion fee 100% as promised, I had faults on the line for the 2 months they supplied it and was told to not have my broadband and card payment facility plugged to the line(??bizarre) My previous suppliers bills have been around the £40 mark, titans were £70 per month for no extra usage on my part. They Lie blatently then pass you to the next person who confirms that they were lying but dont really care!!! I had all salesman promises in writing, when i presented this to them it was not worth the email it was written in! I was told oh well thats not our policy its wrong. OUTRAGED
