Paul A Young is a creative and inspirational chocolatier who is at the forefront of the British chocolate scene. His passion for his craft and his cutting edge creativity have won him numerous awards and have led to him being ranked amongst the World's best chocolatiers. Paul regularly appears on television and has been on This Morning, was a regular guest chef and Chocolate and Patisserie expert for UKTVfoods, Great Food Live, Sky One's Taste show, Market Kitchen and has appeared on The Alan Titchmarsh show. Paul also recorded a mini series for Good Food Live, 'Cakes in the City'. Paul's first book, 'Adventures with Chocolate' was published by Kyle Cathie in October 2009. Since publication the book has won 'Best Chocolate Book in the World' at the Gourmand Book Awards in Paris and has been shortlisted for the Andre Simon Awards, the most prestigious food and drink books awards in the UK. It was recently included in The Independents listing of the 50 best cookbooks.
