Here are the latest and greatest freebies we've found this week.

Free bottle of Heineken

Celebrate the start of the Rugby World Cup with a bottle of Heineken at a Young's pub. All you have to do is fill out your details on the website to get a voucher, then present it to the bar staff at your local. It’s valid until Sunday 14th June.

Free bread

Grab a free loaf of Kingsmill farmhouse sliced (800g) from Sainsbury's with CheckoutSmart. Shoppers can choose from soft white, 50/50, seeded or wholemeal. Just sign up to CheckoutSmart, download the app, shop online or in-store and upload your receipt. The offer is running until 15th June.

Free personalised Father’s Day card

If you have an iPhone or iPad you can get a free personalised Father’s Day card delivered right to your door. Download the postsnap app and order your £3 card. Enter the code BESTDAD at the checkout. The offer ends at midnight on 17th June.

You can also get a free standard Father’s Day card from the Card Market via the O2 Priority Moments app.

Free summer car health check

Halford’s is offering free car checks including bulbs, batteries, oil, wiper blades, screen wash and air conditioning this summer. There’s no need to book- just head to your nearest Halford’s. You’ll get a free screen wash top-up too.

Free wristband and timer

Change4Life is giving away free ‘shake-up’ packs to encourage children to get at least 10 minutes of exercise a day over the summer. Ask the kids to choose from one of four Disney teams: Big Hero 6, Frozen, Monsters and Toy Story, then they can earn 10 minute shake-up stickers to add to their poster over the summer.

There are even more hidden activities to unlock online with your child’s Team Zone account. Just sign up on the Change4Life website to receive your free pack. They’ll be posted out from 14th July.

£10 to spend at Papa John’s

New Quidco members can get a £10 cashback bonus for shopping at Papa John’s. Just sign up to Quidco for free and make a purchase of at least £10 through the special link. Your cashback will be in your account within 14 days. Offer ends on 30th June.

There’s also £10 cashback up for grabs for new members from Boohoo (ends 14th June), Prezzybox (ends 19th June) and Moonpig (ends 14th June). Just sign up and make your £10+ purchase through the specified link.

Free tickets to homebuilding and home renovating show

For all you hardcore DIY fans, there are two tickets available to the Homebuilding and Renovating Show in Surrey on 27th-28th June. To register, fill your details out on the website and your tickets will be emailed to you.

Free Lacoste perfume

Nab a free sample of Eau de Lacoste 12.12 by simply filling in your details on the Lacoste application form. You need to pretty patient though as delivery can take up to 28 days.
