Here are the latest and greatest freebies we've found this week.

Free food at M&S

M&S is running a Five Days of Summer event until 31st May, with free in-store tastings of what’s new in its foodhalls. Find your nearest store on the M&S website.

Free ice tea

Print off a voucher and you can get a free 500ml bottle of Lipton Raspberry Ice Tea from your nearest KeyStore.

Free military fitness sessions

British Military Fitness is offering free fitness sessions for everyone at 90 parks around the UK on Saturday 30th May. You can find out more on the British Military Fitness website.

Free My Little Pony dolls

One to put in the diary for next week. The Entertainer toyshops are giving away free My Little Pony Equestria Girl dolls absolutely free.

All you have to do is bring in an old doll from home and exchange it. The Doll Swap Event takes place on 6th June.

Free £10 of Domino’s Pizza

New members of cashback website Quidco can enjoy £10 to spend at Domino’s Pizza. Just register with the site and then spend £10 or more before 3rd June, and you’ll get the cash back into your account.

Free Disney DVD

Meanwhile over at rival cashback website TopCashback, new members can get a free copy of Big Hero 6 on DVD.

Just sign up to the site, head over to the ‘Amazon – New Member Deal’ blogpost and click through to Amazon to purchase the DVD. You’ll then get the money back within 14 days.

Free cider, barbecue glaze, and more

There are a whole bunch of freebies available to CheckOutSmart app users this week. They include a free bottle of Bulmerz blood orange cider, 1.75l bottles of Coca-Cola Life or Zero, Kingsmill burger thins and Schwartz flavour shots, barbeque glaze and grilling oil.

All you have to do is scan your receipt and you’ll get the money back for your purchase.

Free entry to RSPB nature reserves

Don’t forget, until 28th June myWaitrose members can get free entry at 24 RSPB nature reserves across England, Wales and Scotland. And your family can come too – each card entitles entry for up to two adults and three children under the age of 16.

In some cases you can even claim free parking too. Registering for myWaitrose is absolutely free.
