Who comes out on top overall?

As you can see, Morrisons isn’t really the best choice for Easter eggs, unless you’re buying them for the kids or grandkids. It's not totally clear who has the cheapest eggs this year but, at a glance, Asda and Sainsbury's seem to have some cracking deals.

That said, there are some top multibuys at Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Waitrose which are worth going for if you’re buying for more than one person.

It’s also a good idea to head to Aldi and Lidl for Easter egg deals. Their chocolate always performs well in blind taste tests.

Or for even cheaper eggs, you can pick up some incredible bargains come March 28. All it takes is a healthy dose of willpower and patience.
