In July 2025, a five-bedroom townhouse on Wellington Square, the Chelsea address cited as the fictional home of 007, hit the market for £6.45 million ($8.6m).

Boutique agency AZ Real Estate presented the Grade II-listed property set across five floors, with over 2,600 square feet (241sqm) of space.

In Ian Fleming’s James Bond novels, Wellington Square is referenced as Bond’s London residence, with biographer John Pearson pinpointing the exact location as No. 30, but Bond isn’t the only notable name associated with the square. Former Prime Minister Herbert Asquith and Winnie the Pooh author A.A. Milne also lived on the iconic square.
