Savage has continued to enjoy a fruitful acting career over the decades, with the comedy movie Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002) and popular TV shows like Robot Chicken and Modern Family among his credits.

However, most of Savage's mammoth fortune comes from his directing endeavours. He's behind episodes of many beloved shows, including Modern Family and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He also initially directed and produced The Wonder Years reboot series, which aired between 2021 and 2023, but was fired in 2022 following allegations of misconduct.

Scandals aside, his estimated total fortune stands at $30 million (£22m).
