Another move-in ready bunker, this renovated shelter is located in Fall River County, South Dakota, on the former Black Hills Army Base.

The site was originally built by the Army Corps of Engineers as a fortress to store projectiles and munitions. It was utilised between 1942 and 1967, after which the base was decommissioned. Now, this converted bunker on the estate is up for grabs with Exit Realty Black Hills for a mere $275,000.
