The Jackson family first found fame in 1964, when brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael formed the Jackson 5 pop group (later called The Jacksons).

Managed by their father Joe, the musical quintet soared to success thanks to hits like ABC and I’ll Be There, and they even landed their own TV series, The Jacksons, which aired on CBS in the US between 1976 and 1977. As well as the band members, the variety show also starred their siblings Rebbie, La Toya, Janet, and Randy.

Michael Jackson undoubtedly became the breakout star of the family, launching a legendary solo career. However, his life was cut tragically short in 2009 when he passed away at the age of 50.
