Created by author and filmmaker Michael Crichton, best known for penning Jurassic Park, the smash-hit medical drama ER was one of the longest-running prime-time TV shows in history.

It aired for 15 seasons and 331 episodes between 1994 and 2009, scooping up a stunning 23 Emmys throughout its mammoth run. The show also launched many of its cast to fame and fortune.
