My wife and I have members ISA bonds with the Nationwide. The interest rate is small, I'm told that I can transfer the savings to an ordinary Nationwide ISA and get a better rate. Before we commit to placing our ISA allowances with the Nationwide or elsewhere for this year could you please advise us the best course of action?

It's a good idea to transfer your ISAs to a new provider if you find the rate has dropped.

Please see this article: The best cash ISAs for the new tax year.

The last section provides a recommendation specifically for people who want to transfer old ISAs to a new provider.

    Hope the article helps.
