I want to start a nest egg for my daughter that i control. Which is best to look at, an ISA in my name or a child saving account in her name?
I would expect to put away around £1k a year. I would like to be able to make large and infrequent withdrawals but not in the beginning years. I understand a child savings account would be in my control until she is 18 and a half years so would transfer to an isa/account in my name before this date if this is possible and if this is the choosen option. I already have a child trust fund set up.
