They take on your case for an upfront fee and statistics like 84% and 95% of cases won are being quoted to me on the phone. They say they will write off the balance of the credit card or unsecured loan if successful based on the credit agreement being invalid. Before I part with my money has anyone had any dealings with them or got any feedback please?
