Will my 14 years of working in the EU contribute to my NI payments?
In March 2010 I shall turn 60 and just qualify for a state pension. I will have accrued 28 years of National Insurance payments in the UK where the requirement is 39. However, I have worked in Germany and France for 14 years paying the local equivalent. Is there a reciprocal agreement in the EU where these years can be taken into consideration and added to the years I will have already accrued?
