I purchased a late holiday to Spain on 1st October 2013. Before I had chance to buy travel insurance I had a fall and broke two ribs. The holiday is due to start on 18th October 2013 is there any way that I can get a refund or re schedule the holiday? The holiday was booked through Thompsons. Thanks for your help.
