Buying as the resident landlord
I am interested in buying a house that has been converted into a 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats. We would live in the 3 bedroom flat and rent out the other 2. Would it be possible to obtain a mortgage on this type of property and would it be a BTL mortgage? Can you see any major problems with this arrangement? Many thanks.
