Phone Undercharge
I suspect that my telephone bill is incorrect. Since the line was installed I have received bills only for the line rental and not for any calls although I do use that phone occasionally and sometimes to call 0845 or 0900 numbers (information lines not porno lines I hasten to add!). I have also called abroad from time to time. Can the telephone Company charge me retrospectively if and when they finally discover their error?
