The government brought in changes to Child Benefit in January. So for the tax year 12/13 how will you calculate whether you have to pay any money back, if you earn above £50K - will it be a pro rata basis? Going forward will the calculation be calculated in the tax year i.e. 13/14 or calendar year January to December?
