engagment ring finance confusion

I applied for finance for an engagment ring about 4 weeks ago and got accepted, i payed the deposit and all was ok. 3 days after paying my deposit, i got an email saying my application had been canceled. So i went about my buisness and waa going to save up the old fashion way. Little to.my.suprise. 2 days ago the ring arrived. but i had my deposit refunded. And have not been debited any funds. What do i do? Im a little confused.
