Overdraft versus credit card

I have a 2,500 overdraft limit with Halifax untouched but dipped into, and a 1,000 pound credit card at its limit. My question, do I pay off the credit card from the overdraft and use the card to pay for goods and repay so as not to incur apr. or do I remain in the black with the current account and continue to pay the minimum on the credit card? I think the difference is £20 but pennies make pounds, don't they?
