I own a house I am having trouble selling I moved to another house with a interest only mortgage in the hope i could sell my first house and pay off this one, this as not append. but my daughter would like to buy the house by paying me monthly. does anyone know if this is possible, or would i be taxed on the money she gave me to pay my own mortgage off.
