What are the requirements in order to incorporate a Limited Company in the UK?

I wish to form and register a Limited company using an online company formation service. Please advise what the requirements would be in order to do this ie. what information and proofs would be required and how long it would take?

    The same ones you used last time you registered a company, so just go back and ckeck those records and you will be fine.

    Are you sure you have time to run another company as well as being a sole trader as well as being a full time employee?
