my ex girlfriend owes me £7000

she owes me this money and has signed a written statement saying she promises to pay me £50 per week one of the statements i had witnessed and signed by her friend, so far she has paid me 20 per week for the past 2 yesrs by direct debit,,she now says she has broken her arm and does not work,,i think she is lying and have told her i need the proof then i might be a bit more sympathetic,,which is the best way to get this money back i dont mind if she pays it back weekly but just need some help.. i also dont have her new address so how do i find this so that if i do go to court over this i have it,,,please please can someone help,,,i have been more than charitable over this,,also she didnt contact me over stopping the payment i found out then called her,,
