878The shares were de-listed, but that doesn't mean that they are worthless. It just means that it is difficult to sell them. You need a broker to find someone to buy them.
Contact the Registrar shown on the certificate who should be able to point you in the direction of a broker you could use.
If the registrar has changed they should be able to say who the current broker is.
