Question about article: Britain’s worst insurer! by Rachel Wait on 17 October 2009

I have been going through the list of Insurance companies in UK, and decided to check out the WORST ones. additionally I visited the home pages of the companies, As per your article (http://www.lovemoney.com/news/insurance/buying-insurance/4060/britains-worst-insurer) the worst insurer NR2 is Direct line, on the web site they claim they won a prize for best insurer in 2009. How did you make the evaluation of the worst one, and do you do those evaluations annually? Do you check if a company is making any improvements?
