Have I compromised my date of becoming an expat if I took out an ISA since moving overseas
HMRC say they will recalculate previous assessments when a form P85 ( declaration of moving overseas)is submitted. I dont have any income tax issues but have paid into an ISA. So my question is, because I have paid into an ISA, is my date of moving overseas compromised or will HMRC take a view and invite me to unwind the ISA or apply a later date on my P85?
