changing names on deed and mortgage when all 3 in question are in agreement

    So long as one of the parties that are in agreement is the mortgage lender, there is no problem

    The main problem is that the mortgage lender usually requires a new mortgage application and to go through it as if it was totally new. This can cause problems if the mortgage was previously granted under the previous laxer controls or if the supporting salaries are lower than before.
