AST contract in both our names but husband away when tenants move in!
We are about to let a property and have a standard contract ready for them, we are joint owners of the house and the contract is in both our names. However my husband is away due to family problems. So on the day the tenants move in, should I just sign the contract on my own? Can I add him later? There is a witness signature required - and presumably the witness needs to see everyone sign simultaneously?
