As mine is now frozen already at £10,660 until everybody catches up, will there be a sliding scale, transitional, on the maximum earnings, or will it just go up to £100,000 in one go. Surely once all the Personal allowances are equal all else should be equal. I notice this part of it was not mentioned in the budget.
