I am a housewife and don't earn enough to pay tax is it really vital I use my ISA allowance?
As I don't earn anyway near enough from my current savings to pay income tax, is it still important for me to put what I have got into an ISA? All my current savings pay me interest gross as I have completed Form R85s for them. Also I don't want to tie up all my savings in a product that would mean I can't get to my money in case of a financial emergency. Any advice welcomed as I keep on reading here about how you shouldn't lose your ISA allowance .... but maybe you are all a lot richer than I am :-)
