Unison Prepaid

Yesterday my prepaid plus card expired- I dutifully changed the details online to the new card and pin they sent me. This card expires in 2014. Today I had a letter saying this service is being discontinued and a new almost identical card but different service will be available if I choose it this May! So my new card will last barely two months! Worse - they said the old login will not be available after May, but it is not available tonight! The access has disappeared and I have a lot of cash in there due to be used for paying bills which I cannot get to - this seems a nasty rip-off and a waste of money giving me a new card when they must have known the system was closing before they sent it. How can I access my money? I don't want a refund some time in the future I need access now. I am totally disappointed in this service.
