Carbon Credit Traders

I have invested in total some £50000 in carbon credits through 3 companies - Tullett Brown, World Future and New Frontier. I did do lots of research prior to purchasing these but am now getting cold feet and sleepless nights. Has anyone dealt with these coys and can someone help me have some sleep please!

The money invested is all I have in the world.

Thank you!

Please see this statement from the FSA.

Googling Tullett Brown also gives warnings.

The problem with New Frontier is that are too many similar names on Google. Another reason to worry.

Why would you invest 100% in one type of commodity? This goes against all the rules of investment and what research did you do?

This is the first time I have been involved in anything like this. I have contacted all 3 companies now and told them of my misgivings and they have tried to reassure me that this business is not a scam. I am also awaiting a call from the FSA. Thanks for the replies. I live in hope.

Hi, I'm a journalist investigating dodgy carbon credit sellers. If you've been scammed and want to tell me about it, email me at carbon@thomsonreuters.com.

    Thanks

Thanks for all your replies. I don't know if I have been scammed as yet. This is what I was trying to discover by posting my original query. I will let you know when it becomes clearer. I will be contacting the 3 companies involved very shortly so I should have an update soon.
