At what rate does an employee (who is also a director of a company) pay National Insurance?

    The same as any other employee, depends on what salary you have as an employee.

    As a director, your company will also have to pay employers national insurance for the employee.

    Are the Directors fees classed as self-employment? If so, that could be separate NI.
