How can such college go into extinction without paying back money deposited by prospective students like me? The name of the college was Kingsbrige Co

I did a money transfer from my father's bank here in Nigeria, that was in in late 2006, to an HSBC bank account in London. This was a college i never derived any benefit from and i never came to the college because of visa refusal here in my country because the college was not legit. It was a very terrible experience and i'm still suffering from the nervous shock. A refund which was meant to take six months, took them years and now, they are have gone into liquidation. It is a very big shame to the British Education and the British Accreditation Council for what they did because i believe they aided the college to dupe the students and most especially the foreigners. How can such college go into extinction without paying back money deposited by prospective students like me? The name of the college was Kingsbrige College of Management & Technology London.
