I just had a PPI mis-selling call and he was SO abusive. What can I do?

I am fuming about this and so I thought I would ask if anyone knows what I can do about it. I was called by someone - UK accent - (I got the caller number number (08453440772) from 1471) I did not get a name. The chap called me and told me he had good news that he could recover the money I had paid recently on payment protection on my credit card or loan. I thought this somewhat interesting as I not only read this site regularly but work for a major bank. I check everything twice and I read the small print. I also have never had a loan and I pay my card off monthly. So in short nobody sells me ppi without me knowing about it. I told him I had never been mis-sold PPI. He asked me how I knew. I told him I worked for a bank and that's how I knew. He then said "Oh yes and they wouldn't rip YOU off would they? They wouldn't rip off their own. - I think its disgusting the way you banks treat people and you know what - I am glad you were fined £30 million by the FSA for mis-selling - I think its disgusting....." I hung up at this point after expressing my disgust at his outburst. For the record yes I do currently work for a bank but am about to be made redundant after eleven years due to the cutbacks. I was very much upset by his comments and I want to complain.
