I have a small business (with turnover expected to be around £30k this year). I purchase toys from China and import them to the UK and sell them via the internet (Ebay, Amazon etc). Although I'm registered for VAT (in order to get the goods released in the UK) am I obliged to charge VAT to my customers (mostly private individuals not wholesale)?
