Anyone want to talk about rip-offs to the BBC?

BBC1's 'Rip off Britain' is gearing up for a new series and they want to hear about peoples' consumer gripes and grievance.

Have you been unfairly treated? Do you feel have been overcharged for a product or service? If so, the BBC would like to hear from you.

If you want to get in touch with the programme, please either answer this question or drop me a line at lovemoney. Here is my email address:

    Hello Ed,

Not sure if your programme is targeting individuals or small businesses. I've been 'ripped off' by advertising company Scott/Touch Local, and would love to discuss this. I have the backing of Trading Standards, but can't get the useless so and so's to answer the phone or respond to my emails/letters!

    Many thanks,

    Abi
