Will my insurance be invalidated if I am unable to provide exact details of a motoring offence or accident?

I have obtained an online quote for insurance but as i have misplaced the counterpart of my Driving Licence, I can't remember the date of my penalty points or the offence code. Similarly, I was also involved in an accident about 2 years ago but can't remember the exact date. Although I have declared these on the quote form, unfortunately i have had to estimate the dates and codes. Will this cause a problem?
