Should I retain the freehold on my flat and sell as a leashold property
I own a flat in a converted period property (1 of 4 separate apartments, so would be classed as a shared freehold) and was recently advised by an estate agent that it may be to my advantage to retain the freehold and sell the flat as a 90 (for e.g.) year lease. What would be the pros and cons of this.
